Let’s take a trip down memory lane to 2001 in our Sunday Senti Specials. Back during the time when Precious Lara Quigaman participated in the TeeVee Babe contest of GMA-7’s Eat Bulaga, nobody would have thought that she would become big in the pageant world. Four years after that stint on the lunchtime variety show, her fate will be baptized with a win as Bb. Pilipinas International 2005, and soon as the country’s 4th Miss International winner.
Lara is now an accomplished character actress on TV, a book co-author and a happy wife & mother. Funny but I really never lost sight of her almost every Sunday. We both live in the south and regularly eat lunch at Alabang Town Center. I’ve seen her from the days when she was still single to her being wife to Marco Alcaraz and now a devoted mother. Still very beautiful and slim. And friendly.
