Never mind if the news item was not understandable to many. The more important thing to find out is where.
And then came the name of the place – São Tomé & Príncipe.
Where’s that place again?
First off, I would like to think that the publishers did not post that article as an April Fools’ Day joke. After all, it’s already August.
But could it be possible that the islands are a secondary host, much like what Malta is to Miss World. But it still won’t work out with Miss Universe. Yet. It’s much too costly to host one. And unless a multi-millionaire (or a billionaire) is willing to foot the bill or a Press Release from the Miss Universe Organization confirms everything, then all of this is just blog filler of a post.
São Tomé & Príncipe. I sure wouldn’t mind spending a few nights there. Could be a bery relaxing vacation.
