If only she can turn back the hands of time and freeze the happy moments, Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago certainly would. She was the picture of endless joy during her two victory parades earlier – one in Ayala Avenue in Makati City and the other around Araneta Center in Quezon City. The cheers, shouts and adulation from the crowds were more than enough to make this day one of the most umforgettable – next to winning the Mikimoto crown, of course.
And if this parade is a prelude to more victorious occasions in 2014, then everyone would not mind running on the streets just to show their love for our Binibining Pilipinas.
