A Tale of Two Franchise Certificates

At the moment, there is a slightly brewing confusion as to who really is the recognized Exclusive Franchise Certificate holder of Panama-based Miss & Mister Wonderful World. You see, the image above shows the two (2) certificates issued by Eddwins Ra Mendieta to two (2) separate individuals – Glenn Aparis of Blue Circle Events and Management and Nieva Judiel Vega (aka Angelle Judielle Nieva).

While Mr. Aparis has already jumped the gun on introducing the two individuals (Alexis Martinez and Marielle Arrozal) he will send to Panama City, Ms. Nieva has also selected her two bets although not yet uploaded online.

What baffles me is why Mr. Mendieta would issue two certificates. He released the first one (for Ms. Nieva) last November, 2014 and the second one (to Mr. Aparis) last April. And the inclusive dates for both are active.

I am acquainted with both individuals. While Mr. Aparis told me that he will make consultations on the validity of their franchise, Ms. Nieva is confident that she is the rightful owner after directly corresponding with the organizers.
