So who does Sophie look like more - her Grandmother or her Mother?

Bb. Pilipinas Universe 1967 – now a TV character actress par excellence – Pilar Pilapil is her Grandmother. One-time Film and TV personality Pia Pilapil is her mother. And former model Gerry Gonzalo is her father.
So where does she get her good looks from? Methinks she has a little of all three beautiful people in her immediate lineage.
And the girl is not your ordinary eye candy-next-door.
In an article written by Robbie Pangilinan in the Philippine Star earlier in the week, Sophie stated that “…“I rarely go to parties. I’m the type of girl who just chills out and stays home. I’m not really fond of noisy places. I do go out with my mom because she parties sometimes but I seldom go to clubs…”
A student of Leisure and Tourism Management at Miriam College, she plans to become a Flight Attendant soon. At the moment, she busies herself with modeling gigs in between school demands. In fact, if you are somewhere around Crowne Plaza Hotel in Ortigas today, she will take part in an open photo shoot organized by FFPH (Fuji Film Philippines) between 3:00-7:00PM.
Now some of you might wonder if she is in any way interested about pageantry and the like. Well, it appears that joining one is not on the drawing board anytime soon. Besides, I think she is happier pursuing other interests – not exactly far from where her mother and grandmother excelled in, but distant enough for us to see her sashaying onstage as a beauty contestant anytime soon.
