A public library in the name of Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Monterde Santiago
Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago is all set to enter national pageant records as the international beauty queen with a public library named after her. And Cataingan, Masbate – her beloved hometown – is where it will be inaugurated.
For now, the people behind the project is seeking groups and individuals as partners who can donate books to fill up the shelves and allow everyone in the locality to benefit from reading and constant self-learning.
