Back in Mutya ng Pilipinas 2012, this young lady (she was 17 at the time) got me hook, line and sinker with those cat-like eyes that never fail to capture my attention. I wanted her so much to win one of the two titles (along with Rizzini Alexis Gomez who actually got the one where she is most suited to) because I had a feeling she will do well in Miss Intercontinental. But as fate would have it, she was called 1st Runner-Up and that was it for Emma Mary Tiglao’s stint with the pageant.
Now 19 and raring to prove her worth in the big league, she equipped herself with the right training and development to push her bid for a spot in Bb. Pilipinas 2014. She is all set to submit her application anytime soon.
Will we see her as the next crossover candidate? I think so. She deserves that spot at the very least.
