The other day, Aces & Queens’ Resident Gym Trainer and Fitness/Nutrition Coach John Cuay posted the list of food choices above containing negative-zero calorie. Of course, our prospective beauty queens will really dig deep into their inner strength to muster all the discipline to eat healthy and keep trim for the sake of beauty and well-being.

How about you, dear readers? Do you think you can keep pace with the ladies and start the New Year with better food options? I know I can’t commit to it most of the time, but starting somewhere should make me more conscious of what I eat. Imagine my surprise when I did not gain so much weight during the foodie holidays. That should motivate me to get to my ideal 150lbs. (I weigh 158 as of the moment). ;-)
