Earlier today, Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago went to Malacanang Palace for a courtesy call with Philippine President Benigno Aquino III. She was accompanied by Madame Stella Marquez de Araneta.
It will be recalled that this is already the second meeting between the two, with the first encounter happening in Japan when their schedules met during the audience with the Filipino Community of Japan.
