The other night, I was having late dinner with the Indonesian franchise holder of Mr. World during my recently completed trip to Bali, Indonesia. Our conversations ran the whole gamut of latest ongoings in the male pageant world, and the topic conveniently went to the finals of Mister Indonesia 2016 where the top winner will go on to participate in Mr. World 2016. So I curiously asked, “Will it even happen this year?”. And he enthusiastically answered on the affirmative. I was even told that the host will be Cardiff, Wales and that it has been penciled for a late June conclusion. I trusted the info shared with me, even if I had some doubts still. And if everything gets to be confirmed from the end of Julia Morley, then it will definitely be good news for Mr World Philippines 2015 Sam Ajdani.
While Sam is already working in Macau, I’m pretty sure that he will be up to the challenge. The guy has been waiting for clarity on the matter, and this should unravel some glimmer of hope on his anticipated representation of the country in the search for the World’s Most Desirable Man. :-)
