You all remember the first Miss Universe from Colombia (1958’s Luz Marina Zuluaga) who was declared tax-free for life by the Colombian government back then, right? Well, this one for the reigning Miss Universe, Paulina Vega Dieppa, may pale in comparison to that reward. But having a commemorative stamp in one’s image is no mean feat. In fact, it is such a fulfilling thing for the young lass. And she deserves to be recognized as such.
Now where can I get a souvenir of this stamp, anyways? It’s such a special piece of modern pageant history. I would love to get my hand on one. ;-)
