And Miss Philippines Rogelie Catacutan knows how important it is to make a good showing in the preliminaries to sustain the momentum started by the victory of Ann Colis and the respective placements of Parul Shah and Janicel Lubina. She has it covered. And our hope is that the judges will see in our bet the winning qualities that made her Bb. Pilipinas Supranational 2015 in the first place.
