My good friend – now an upcoming Designer – Bessie Besana created not one but two (2) evening gowns during Miss World Philippines 2015. And the lucky wearers are Christelle Abello and Janelle Lazo Tee who gave justice to the two sleek numbers that formed the first group of black pieces during the formal wear segment.
In his own words, “Christelle is in a sleek serpentina gazar with low back to the waist with tipped sweetheart paired with special pearls from @jewelmer.
Janelle’s gown concept is of flow and reveal showing just the right amount of skin at the top and the bottom. This look was made extra chic by @jewelmer as their pearls are paired with a sleek black silhouette.”
