From September 27 to October 5 at the Sheraton Soma Bay in Hurghada, Egypt, Miss Mermaid International 2015 will unfold where delegates from close to fifty (50) countries will participate.
One of the confirmed delegates is Miss Mermaid International Philippines 2015 Kayla Marie Talusan who was given a mermaid-like send-off yesterday afternoon at the poolside of Manila Hotel. The 23 year-old 5’7″ beauty gamely wore her mermaid tail and swam on the pool to show her skills while navigating the water in the same. Franchise holder Ovette Ricalde is optimistic about our bet’s chances in the competition.
“Right now, I have my regular swimming and diving lessons. I am very thankful for having a very good and excellent trainer who patiently taught me not only the basics of the sport but as well as the beauty and grace within this discipline. Of course, all of this will not be possible without the supports of my family and friends. I will do my very best to be worthy of this responsibility of being representative of a nation.” Kayla stated.
