So who gets first priority for the same? 1st Runner-Up Hannah Ruth Sison, of course. Not unless, Bb. Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) gave up on the franchise after acquiring Miss Grand International and Miss Globe. But methinks it is still with them.
Is it time to jump for joy for our potential representative? Maybe after BPCI releases a Press Statement naming the Binibini going to Mainland China more than a month from now. ;-)
