From here, the whole group will move all the way to the north where Hannah’s Beach Resort and Convention Center is located in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte. This is where the Long Gown Competition will take place tomorrow night. And whoever will take Best in Long Gown will add up to the list of running favorites in the competition.
