Johnmar ‘JM’ Siuagan was proclaimed Mister Ilocandia 2015 over the weekend
JM actually got the most number of special awards in the competition
Just like the Ginoo ni Daragang Magayon Festival 2015 which had its finals over the weekend, another male pageant was culminated up north with the announcement of the Mister Ilocandia 2015 winners.
The top placer is 5’9″ Business Administration graduate Johnmar “JM” Siuagan from Alcala, Cagayan. Aside from being named the Grand Winner, the 22 year-old Legal Assistant also clinched a lion’s share of the special awards such as Best in Formal Wear, Mr. M Lhuillier, Mr. Fiteasy Gym and Mister Appeal Org.
