Now this is great news indeed!
Mister Philippines Neil Perez was named Mister International 2014/15 during the finals held at the Grand Ballroom of Hotel Inter-Burgo in Ansan, Korea. He defeated 28 other contenders for the title. His 1st Runner-Up is Rabhi El Zein of Lebanon, with Tomas Dumbrovsky of Czech Republic coming in as 2nd Runner-Up. Early pick Rafal Maslak of Poland got 3rd Runner-Up, while fan favorite Mitja Nadizar of Slovenia completed the Top 5 as 4th Runner-Up.
Neil reacted to the win with such a surprise because he was expecting to be just a runner-up at most. But he owns the title now and will victoriously come back to the Philippines in just a week’s time.
