Good friendships have been built, for sure.
As I have specified in my final predictions for the 9th Mister International, my over-all impression is that Mister Philippines Neil Perez will still place in the ultimate tally of winners. But to actually forecast that he will become the top finisher continues to give me a feeling of uncertainty. I know that he gave his best given the limitations of his natural personality and style. But the more aggressive among the rest may have already started swamping his chances by now. Regardless, I am still wishing our bet the best the minute he steps out onstage and banners the Philippines during tonight’s finals.
