At the Downtown Doral Park, the 63rd Miss Universe Pageant candidates wave to the crowd
When the candidates of the 63rd Miss Universe Pageant presented themselves during the Welcome Event at the Downtown Doral Park, it was literally an activity where every single participant tried to outshine one another. Of course, that would be the subjective impression of a competitor. So I am sharing now (with his permission) the basic first impressions of a Miami-based friend (Earl Veloso) who saw the ladies for the very first time in the flesh. Colombia, Venezuela superfriendly sa mga fans. Colombia…Diosa. Effortless ang beauty and very young looking…Venezuela…so charming…So friendly…her body …full figured. Sincere ang dating. Indonesia for me is very pretty and has that finesse. Her pics don’t do her justice. Thailand…not photogenic but gorgeous in person…Argentina is photogenic but in person…walang spark…Same with Spain. Beautiful pics but walang spark… Aurang aura si South Africa. Love Ghana…For me, her beauty might not be appreciated sa Miss Universe but pwede model. Costa Rica and Ecuador are pretty. Si Singapore…strong features…very full lips… India…di ko siya magets…Pretty pics but not outstanding for me…Maybe she has big shoes to fill…Lara Dutta, Sushmita… Only few pageant fans present. Miss USA …parang ordinary ang beauty ni Miss USA. Miss Philippines… She was a goddess… Love her make up, her dress, her hair, accessories…Without trying too hard, you will notice that she is a strong presence… I told her…You’re doing an excellent job.
