Back in 2012, Ruqayyah Boyer was Miss Guyana when Janine Tugonon placed 1st Runner-Up during the Miss Universe finals in Las Vegas.
Last year, Ruqayyah Boyer was Miss Guyana when Megan Young was crowned the Philippines’ first Miss World in Bali, Indonesia.
And right now, Ruqayyah Boyer is Miss Guyana in Miss International where our very own Bianca Guidotti is vying for a back-to-back victory in the competition.
