When Eva Psychee Patalinjug of Cebu City in the ongoing Mutya ng Pilipinas 2014 was named Best in Swimwear during the pre-pageant competition at Sheridan Resort & Spa in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, many people sit up and take notice of this lovely lass who has been lounging in the shadows of the early favorites long enough. Here is a candidate who just might be zooming up at just the right time. And if she continues to play her cards right, the probability of nosing out the top picks is becoming more and more likely. And to think that she initially had reservations about joining. I was told that she wanted to go for Miss World Philippines 2014 instead.
Let’s see if the decision to stick it out with Mutya ng Pilipinas 2014 will pay off big-time. ;-)
