Mehiata Riaria will represent Tahiti in Miss France 2014

It’s definitely the French-Polynesian mix, the same way that Japanese-Brazilians almost always come out sizzling hot or the Filipino genes blending well with American or European descents.
Take for example the Top 2 winners of the recently-concluded Miss Tahiti 2013. Titleholder Mehiata Riaria (who will vie for Miss France 2014) and 2nd-placer Hinarere Papara (who will prepare for Miss Earth 2014). They are certainly continuing with the beautiful tradition of the largest island in the Windward group of French Polynesia. And if they show up in their respective pageant assignments with upbeat personalities more than just pretty faces and undeniable charm, I see no reason why the targetted crowns will slip past their grasp.
Hinarere Papara will see action in Miss Earth 2014 later in the year.
