Maeya Nonthawan Thongleng, Miss Thailand World 2014
It is interesting to note what newly-crowned Miss Thailand World 2014 Maeya Nonthawan Thongleng expressed during her interview with Bangkok’s TV3 Morning News earlier in the day. She was asked by the hosts on what she wants to accomplish in Miss World. With confidence head-on, she stated that she definitely wants to win and challenge Miss World Philippines 2014 in the competition. She added that the Philippines has been winning or placing in many pageants and she intends to change that with Miss World. Big words. But we all love a healthy competition, right? And just to add up, she gave a quick rendition of a Beyonce song and proudly shared that she can also speak fluent Swedish and Spanish. Whew! What else can I say? :-)
